The following Terms and Conditions sets out the service agreement or terms of use for products and services provided by Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy.

It is a legally binding agreement between the client/customer ("you", “your”, “their” and “they”) and Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy ("company”, “we", "our" and "us").


By accessing or using our services you are indicating that you have read the terms of use and our privacy policy which collectively constitutes the "agreement"; that you understand and consent to be bound by all terms and conditions of the agreement. Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy, employees, contractors, subsidiaries or affiliated companies may not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, injury or damage to persons or property that may arise from the use of our services or products. Every care is taken by our professionals in the provision of services within our portfolio and we will make reasonable efforts to minimise foreseeable risk(s). To reduce the possibility of such loss, injury or damage, customers are advised that some of our treatments may pose a potential risk. We recommend that customers check the suitability of our products/services beforehand and that medical advice is sought for any health matters, predispositions or conditions known or otherwise prior to the use of our products/services.


Our Services

Style Lodge is a professional style consultancy offering personal styling, retail therapy and pampering services. The contents of our website have been created with utmost care and diligence. However, we do not assume any liability for correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents of our website. We are solely responsible for the contents of our website in accordance to the general law. Furthermore, we do not assume liability for the design or contents of other websites that may be linked to our site. Solely the respective provider or operator is responsible for the contents of the linked websites.


All products and services listed on our website are subject to availability as advertised. We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or otherwise update the products/services that we offer within reason, at any given time. Customers will be given sufficient notice of any amendments that may affect their booking or existing order. Where possible a suitable alternative may be offered or an appropriate form of redress applied at our discretion as deemed appropriate.

Booking Process

All of our services are bookable via our website contact form or using the online booking system.

  • The first step is to book your required service via our website or online booking system.

  • A non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking, the deposit will be offset against your final balance.

  • Once you have made your booking you will receive confirmation that an appointment has been made for you.

  • A member of the Style Lodge Professional team, will contact you and assist you further with your booking, to ensure you are getting the right service that best suit your needs.

  • Once your booking has been finalised, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the booking start date.

  • Following receipt of full payment, you will then be assigned to a dedicated style consultant who will complete the final stage of your booking


  • All items/equipment supplied as part of our service provision belongs to and remains the property of Style Lodge Consultancy for the duration term until such item/equipment is collected or returned without loss or damage.

  • A security deposit will be charged to ensure that our equipment is returned back to us in good condition without loss or damage.



Customers can access our range of services via our website, where they can purchase gift vouchers and/or book their desired service(s) using our online booking system. Our online booking system provides a fast and easy way to book our services using a secure payment method. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal transactions subject to the terms and conditions of use for respective service providers.


  • Before using our online system as a method of payment, it is recommended that the customer makes necessary enquiries about the charges or fees payable against the credit/debit card used from the credit or debit card provider i.e. the respective bank.

  • The credit/debit card information supplied at the time of using the service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy or its affiliates. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct.

  • The customer agrees that the credit/debit card or payment information that they provide for use is correct and accurate. They shall not use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully their own or the use of which is not authorised by the lawful owner thereof.

  • The customer agrees and understands that their personal data including without limitation details relating to the credit/debit card transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, interception, theft and/or fraud, which Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy or its affiliates have no control over. We do not give assurances with regards to the aforementioned and therefore cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are sold in good faith via our website subject to availability for the purpose of intended use. Gift vouchers may be redeemed against the service type listed in the item description and is therefore non-transferrable against any other service type within our portfolio.


Redemption Policy

  • To redeem a voucher that has been purchased from our websites customers will need to contact us to book the service they require. Contact information is available on our contact page.

  • Gift vouchers have no redemption cash value and cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in full on a single booking. No balance is payable or transferrable.

  • Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and we reserve the right to refuse any voucher(s) that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tempered with.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months after the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed once they pass expiration.

  • We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded.

  • Style Lodge gift vouchers are intended for use by UK residents and any refund payment can only be made to a UK bank account.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request the cancellation of their booking with us at any time but are advised that cancellations fees may apply. If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment you must notify us as soon as possible before the scheduled time. Cancellation fees are dependent on the period of notification that we have been given.


  • If you wish to cancel your appointment we ask that you contact us beforehand using the contact form on our website or email us stylelodgebirmingham@gmail.com; so that we can attempt to have your appointment rescheduled.

  • We accept cancellations that are made at least 5 working days before the appointment is due to take place. However, the deposit payment taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.

  • For group bookings of 5 or more persons, we require at least 5 working days’ cancellation notice. Fees paid are non-refundable but you will be given the option to reschedule your booking with us.

  • Please note that your appointment can only be rescheduled once.

  • The option to reschedule is not available for cancellations that are made with less than 5 working days’ notice and all payments made are immediately non-refundable.

  • We ask that customers make every effort to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the appointment start time, we may offer an alternative appointment but where there are no other appointments available your booking will be cancelled without a refund.

  • Additional administration or processing fees may apply.

  • Force majeure exempted but if for any reason we are unable to fulfil a client booking or circumstances beyond our control results in the cancellation of your booking, you will be notified immediately with the option to reschedule your appointment. Where the option to reschedule is not available we will offer an alternative form of recompense. That failing; a full refund of all monies paid including the deposit will be applied to the booking and returned to the customer.

  • We reserve the right to review and/or cancel any client booking that we have reasonable grounds to believe the information provided is inaccurate, falsified, used to gain an unfair advantage or contrary to our terms of use.  In such circumstances the booking will be cancelled with all payments or fees forfeited by the client and additional remedies may be sort as deemed appropriate.


Force Majeure

In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, natural disasters, state of emergency, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, then neither party shall be liable for any loss or damages resulting from failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.


Customer Satisfaction

We endeavour to provide all of our clients with the best available products and services at all times. If under any circumstances you are not satisfied with any product or service that you have received from us, then please bring it to our immediate attention. Please communicate your feedback or complaint in writing to the appropriate representative from Style Lodge within an appropriate time frame to give us an opportunity to address or remedy the problem. The course of redress will be determined on a case by case basis as deemed appropriate when all the circumstances of the complaint have been considered. If your complaint is with a third party or affiliated service provider then please notify us and we will direct the complaint to the relevant third party representative.


Data Protection and Privacy

Style Lodge Professional Style Consultancy is committed to processing personal data fairly and transparently and safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and service users, in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
