BOOKING PROCESS

How do I make a booking?

  • Customers wishing to book our Style Party packages can do so using our online booking system

  • Our booking system is fairly straightforward with clear instructions that are easy to follow.

  • Simply select the ‘book online’ option from the main menu and follow the instructions.

  • All other services are available by appointment only, using the enquiry form on our contact page.

What happens after I make a booking?

  • The first step is to select the right service required from our service menu.

  • Customers can enquire using our contact form or online booking system (for style parties only).

  • A non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking, the deposit will be offset against your final balance.

  • Once we receive your enquiry, a provisional booking will be held, until you receive confirmation that an appointment has been made for you.

  • A member of the Style Lodge Professional team, will contact you to arrange an appointment and assist you further with your booking.

  • The final balance payment is required on the day unless your booking is for a style party, in which case the final balance must be paid in full at least 5 working days prior to the event.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

  • If you are unable to attend your styling appointment we ask that you contact us at least 48 hours beforehand using the contact form or email stylelodgebirmingham@gmail.com so that we can attempt to have your appointment rescheduled.

  • Please note that your styling appointment can only be rescheduled once.

  • For style parties or group bookings of 5 or more persons, the option to reschedule is available where the customer has given us sufficient notice of at least 5 working days prior to the event start date. Less than 5 days notice will result in the cancellation of your booking with all deposits and payments immediately forfeited. 

  • We accept cancellations that are made in line with our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Please note that deposit payments for all service types are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?

  • We ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the styling appointment start time, we may offer an alternative appointment but where there are no other appointments available your booking will be cancelled without a refund.

  • Additional fees for late arrival may be applied.

 

Can I book a service on behalf of someone else?

  • Yes, you may book any of our services on behalf of another person or client but you must notify us to ensure we have the correct information and we know the name of the person that we will be working with.

  • Alternatively, you can buy one of our gift vouchers and gift it to someone else.

How do I find you?

The Style Lodge Consultancy is located on Vyse Street in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham B18 6LE.

 

By Train:

Jewellery Quarter station is a combined railway station and tram stop, which isserved by West Midlands Trains, Chiltern Railways and Midland Metro.

By Bus:

  • Services 8A & 8C (Inner Circle) and 101 from Birmingham City Centre & Handsworth serve Warstone Lane Clock at the heart of the Jewellery Quarter

  • Services 16 ,74 & 75 run along Constitution Hill and Great Hampton Street stopping close to Vyse Street

Is parking available?

There is pay and display parking during the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. Free parking is available after 6pm and all day Sunday.
